Our department is located on the second floor within the Faculty of Letters at the Central Campus of Erciyes University.

We have a mandatory preparatory program in our department.

Starting from the third year, students can receive pedagogical training and obtain a teaching certificate.

In addition to literature, our courses also include linguistics and language teaching.

More than 50% of our courses are elective, providing students with the opportunity to choose courses according to their interests.

Courses are offered in fall and spring semesters, completing within one academic year. There is no specific dress code requirement.

Both full-time and part-time students have access to dining facilities within our university. Within the faculty, departments such as "Japanese Language and Literature," "Korean Language and Literature," and "Chinese Language and Literature" offer students the opportunity to pursue minors and double majors starting from the third semester.
